Coil Rope Weave Baskets

Waste paper bins and basket using the coil rope technique, made in black maul willow. Although championed recently as a modern basket weave, this weave has been found on a 1930's willow invalid chair. (I guess that with a craft form that stretches back thousands of years this is a 'modern' development!)
